Day 12 of BFL

Today is day 12 of 84. I weighed myself today and yesterday and the day before that. Weighing yourself daily is not a good plan. You gain and lose by water retention, etc. The scale is misleading.

What is a good idea is to measure every week. I measure my neck, upper arms, chest, waist, hips, thigh, and calf. You can see a great deal of difference in the data as time goes by and it's fairly consistent.

I'm going out tonight and needed to budget my calories appropriately. That gives me a lot less leeway in what I eat. But it will be fun to go out.

  1. you know, i was gonna do the before and after pictures, but damn, i never got around to doing a before, and now i've lost 15lbs, which really, i should only lost 5-10 more. which weird for me because i've been a generally bigger person most of my life. eh.

    do you teach anything else other than that one class?

    I agree with you on the fact that “Teen are always on stage”. Atleast I was like that when i was a teen.

    You are shy to be yourself. and slowly you learn that people like your original self also. Then you dont need to pretend any more!

    Originality is simply the best!! Thats what I believe today!
