I weighed in this morning, at my house naked, at 154.8.
That’s a total of 31 pounds in the last 103 days. In two more days it will be 15 weeks. So I’ve lost a bit more than 2 pounds a week. According to the scale at the place I’ve lost 34 pounds. But that’s because I started in the middle of the day in jeans and went in this morning in shorts and a Tshirt.
31 pounds. That feels good.
It will feel better when it is 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, etc.
I need to add some exercise in and I want to start weight lifting again. I just haven’t done it yet. Gotta start to get there.
I know that adding muscle would help me metabolize quicker, but it’s also a bit slower loss at the beginning because while you are losing fat, you are also gaining muscle. So, I want to do it at some strategic time. When I’m not losing anyway or something.
I know that on day 99 I weighed 155 and that looks like not much of a loss, but I’d done that plateau breaker thing and it got rid of water that came back immediately. So on day 100 I was at 155.6.
In the last 7 days, I have lost 2 pounds. Because on day 97 I weighed 156.8.
On day 90 I weighed 157.6. So I have been stuck a bit, because that is two weeks and less than three pounds lost. However, it is going in the right direction and that’s what I was looking for.
