I weighed 155.8 this morning.
I went to bed at 8:30 last night. I got up at 8 this morning. It took me 25 minutes to do a bike ride that normally takes me 12. I think I may actually be sick.
I am thrilled with the weight drop, though. I wish it would go down like that every day.
I want to weigh 145 with weight lifting and bike riding, so that I not only weigh the right amount, but so that I am healthy at that weight.
