Here is a shoe size calculator. According to it, a size 1o in the UK is equivalent to an 11 in US Men’s or a size 12.5 in US Women’s.

Those are some pretty big feet, that shoe size 10 from 4000 years ago. I thought people got bigger over the millenium. Apparently not.
