South Beach: Day 2

Lost 1.6 pounds since yesterday. I know it is mostly water weight, but that is still good.

I am feeling very not well. I remember this feeling from Atkins’ and the QWLC. It means I am not getting enough carbs. But yesterday I had 2 cups of beans and a six cup salad. Today I’ve had a cup of beans already. Aside from a fruit, which I can’t have for two weeks, there isn’t much to pick me up. I had 28 oz of water, plus a drink, so that’s not the problem either.

I don’t like this feeling, but I think it will go away in a few days. Of course, I just want to lay down and go to sleep until it does. But I can’t. Things to do…
