Jonathon Chaik says, “Unfortunately, most of us have more demanding jobs than he does.” Most of us have more demanding jobs than the president? Not any most I know.
Do you have a more demanding job than the president of the United States?
I don’t. I am a mom of two, a college adjunct, a Bible school teacher, and I homeschool. But I don’t have a more demanding job than the president.
My husband is a software engineer/computer programmer (I can’t recall which he prefers.); but he doesn’t have a more demanding job than the president.
My dad was one of the top attorneys for one of the largest companies in the world (top 10 for both of those) and he didn’t have a more demanding job than President Bush.
My brother-in-law is an investment banker, buying and selling companies for others. He doesn’t have a more demanding job than the president.
In fact, I don’t know anyone who has a more demanding job than the president.
Maybe someone who is raising four kids under three has a more demanding job in terms of emotional energy, but the fate of the entire world doesn’t depend on their decisions. The fate of the world could depend on the decisions of the President.
