Running today was harder than it was yesterday. I am more tired and I had a harder time keeping going. But I ran in 25 minutes the same length. However, I had to start smaller. I ran 30 seconds the first time, 60 the second, and then went up to 90. I stayed at 90 for the next six runs. Then I ran for 2 minutes.
I started out today with a stomach ache. And my knee has been hurting off and on for a few weeks. (Not when I was at the doctor’s yesterday, though, or I would have gotten an appointment.)
But I did it. And while it wasn’t as fun as I had hoped, I will make progress.
