Wk 4 3 minutes jog, 90 seconds walk, 5 minutes jog, 2.5 minutes walk, 3 minutes jog, 90 seconds walk, 5 minutes jog
That’s what I need to do tomorrow. I didn’t look at the schedule. Today I did 3 minutes jog, 2 minutes walk, x6.
I ate out for lunch and dinner yesterday and, according to the scale, I have gained a pound since yesterday. But I ate less than half of what I would normally have eaten at lunch and I ate about an eighth of my dinner.
Apparently The Cheesecake Factory, which is where my sister wanted to go for her birthday dinner, believes that everyone needs a 3000 calorie meal for their $15 when you come in. I would much rather have had half the food for half the price, but of course the food isn’t what costs that much.
I haven’t heard from R since Monday, though I think I spoke to him three or four times (for a total of 10 minutes).
I went back to Discount Tire yesterday. On Monday they put new tires on but they busted the sensor. They ordered another one and said they would call, but they didn’t. So I called and took the car in. It took them an hour and a half to put on the new sensor. (It only took 45 minutes to put on two new tires.) And they didn’t do anything extra to compensate me for the time I had to spend there. I wasn’t too thrilled about that. They do, however, have the cheapest tires around.
I bought a cashmere sweater (to go with the Fashionable Elegant list). I think the Italians invisioned a long sleeved sweater, since it does get cold there. But it doesn’t get cold much here, so I bought a short sleeved sweater. I had my sister with me and she recommended the raspberry color over the aquamarine color. And I love it, but I wish I had bought the blue too. The sweater was $40, marked down from $100.
