I’ve been sleeping 12 hours and then getting up, having breakfast, and sleeping until lunch. Then staying up, with an occasional afternoon nap, till 9 or so and then going back to sleep.
My folks disturbed that pattern yesterday when they woke me up at 8. I did have an afternoon nap. Then I didn’t go to bed till midnight. And I woke this morning, around 9, and got up. I got up because I was in pain. If I hadn’t been in pain, I wouldn’t have gotten up.
I really just want to go back to sleep now. I’ve had breakfast and I am tired. But the pain was sufficient to motivate me to sit up rather than lie down. (Left hip. Still hurts in certain positions.)
Doing well, though, in the overall progression. Just slow.
