Feeling Better

I feel better now that the catheter is out. I don’t really FEEL better, but I feel like I ought to. I don’t have to run around in my momma’s gowns anymore. (Playing dress up in your mother’s clothes at 40+ is not the same as playing it when you’re a girl.)

I have shorts and a tee shirt on, and the great socks I hijacked from my mom-in-law’s mother’s day present. I feel better because I look like I feel better. (Circular reasoning sometimes works.)
