poetry week.
Both the Cheerful Oncologist (on June 14) and ArmyWifeToddlerMom have posted poems. One was on my 52 list. One was not, but I thought about it.
Cool.
It’s literary week on the blogs.
Note: I believe that the reader of AWTM’s poem was also the author. That would have been cool to hear.
And TCO’s poem is one my father read to me when I was younger.

I was saddened to realize that Galway Kinnell is male. I’ve always thought of the poem as from the female parent.
