Weight Gain

I gained 2 lbs since yesterday. My husband says it is because I eat whatever I want. 2 lbs is 6400 calories. And your body needs at least 1000 calories per day. If my weight gain is because I’m eating whatever I want, I ate 7400 calories yesterday. Let’s see.

Breakfast:
2 peanut butter toasts (90+90+160)
1 c of chocolate 2% milk (180)
chips (280)
cheese (200)
snickerdoodle cookie, 1 (140)
coke (240)
2 chili dogs (300+400+200)
fries (400)
Sprite (200)
Bean burrito (400)
Popcorn (420)

So, I admit to eating too much. But I only ate, at the most, 3700 calories. That’s enough to gain one pound, assuming I only needed 300 calories to get around on yesterday.

I gain weight when I am stressed, so maybe it is that. I also gain weight when I don’t drink enough water because I start retaining fluid, so maybe it is that. But it’s not because I ate 7400 calories yesterday.

The question is: What am I going to do about it? I don’t want to be sick. I don’t want to be fat. I don’t want to be gaining weight.
