was a painful story, in my opinion, of a woman who puts up with too much to get too little. I didn’t like the Streep character at all and I thought everyone kow-towing to her was part of the reason their lives, and hers, were in such a mess. All she saw or thought of was her job and that’s all she wanted anyone else to see and think of.

I did not enjoy it. It did end better than I expected.
