1x 2.5 miles with dog
1x 1.2 miles with dog
1x 2.5 miles on bike
1x 6.32 miles on bike
2x weights, full body
3x abs (20 or 30 a day)
This was a four day week because I didn’t officially start until Wed.
This week:
1x 2.5 miles with dog
1x 2.5 miles on bike
1x 6.32 miles on bike (left to lake and back)
1x 8.05 miles on bike (round park to lake and back the short way)
1x weights
2x abs (30-50)
The weights this week are going to be a problem because my time for them is tomorrow. But we’re going out of town.
Then on Sat. a.m. I have to be at the library at 8 a.m.
So I guess I will have to do weights Sat. afternoon. It’s not the best choice, but I don’t want to miss.
