I took Friday as my day off, instead of Saturday, because we were traveling. That was a good choice. Unfortunately Saturday evening I pigged out on three pieces of bread, a large slice of pineapple upside down cake (sort of), and a cup or more of mashed potatoes. That added a whole day’s calories to my day.
And I didn’t do my weights.
I did not let it get me down though.
This morning I went on my long bike ride and I’ve eaten very well today. I am stopping my problems at the beginning.
I want to lose this weight and get my life in order.
