I used Grama D’s Gingerbread Folks recipe, except with an added 1/2 t of ground ginger. And I rolled an inch ball up in my hand and smashed it, for each cookie. Then I cooked them for 10 minutes. R said they “have good texture, but you know I don’t like these, don’t you?”
Yes, I know he doesn’t like them. But I like them. And I rarely make them. I think this is my fourth time in twelve years. So I am taking them to church for our potluck. And I may make some more.
