3 eggs, hardboiled
2 T mayonnaise
1 T brown mustard
1 T (heaping) sweet pickle relish
1 green onion, chopped
1/4 tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste
Cut up the eggs well. I use a fork.
Add all the non-seasoning ingredients and then mix.
Dust the top with paprika.
Then mix again, adding salt and pepper to taste.
