Paradoxology (which I found while looking to see if a friend of mine, CF graduated from Fuller, and saw it was so on Bolg Blog) has an interesting report summarized on what pastors read.

Note to self: Most interesting was that small church pastors were more likely to have read discipleship books. Pastors of larger churches noted The Purpose Driven Life most often. (Maybe I should read that after all. I mean, just because the guy from church made a horrible Bible study out of it, doesn’t mean the book isn’t good. After all, friends from Hope in Austin got 16 non-Christians to ask them to study the book with them! That should have put it on my must read list immediately.)
