Right now I am nauseous and supper is cooking on the stove. I am very tired of this diet. I think I might could stand that except for the fact that now I have only lost 2.6 pounds, instead of 4.
A week for two pounds isn’t much, you know?
And I’m tired of this. Even if I do get off phase 1, I am going to go to phase 2, rather than just quit. Hopefully by tomorrow my weight will have plummeted and I’ll be feeling better about the whole thing.
