Apparently not only is the Vietnam Veterans Legacy Foundation being sued, they are suing John Kerry for defamation. Of course, his people say the folks suing them are serial liars. I’m not sure why that would be a problem, since Kerry is a serial liar. But these people are NOT serial liars. They’re POWs and highly decorated veterans. And, unlike John Kerry, they didn’t turn their backs on their fellow soldiers when they came home.

I have no problem with them suing Kerry. I wonder what took them so long to get around to it, if you want to know the truth.

But I am wondering about their letter which says they need money to protect themselves against law suits. However, I am a lawyer’s daughter. So my guess is that they are suing as a countersuit to being sued on the same topic. And at least Kerry has lots of money if they win.
