R decided he would run 5 or 6 times a week. He says that will allow him to eat whatever he wants, within reason. And that he’s still going to try to eat better.
So, since there’s not a lot of reason to stay in a rapidly cooling bed with him out and about, I have been hopping up and getting going. Yesterday I ran week 3 and I did today also. (Week 3 is 90,90, 3 min, 3 min x2.) But I really ran an extra set. (I ran x3.) I wasn’t tired today and I expected to be. My calves were tight when I started to run, but that was probably because I wore high heels all day yesterday, more than from running yesterday.
