Believe it or not, I am still having trouble with it, we will be through with all our homeschooling, except M’s math, when public school gets out. I don’t think we’ve ever done that before. Usually we trundle on two or three days a week in the summer. But we’re almost done.
In history we’re up to 1911. And the boys have read about 15 biographies this year.
In English, they’ve each read 12 classics this year. E hasn’t written as much as he will next year, but he knows how to write an essay. M’s still working on that. He has the knowledge, but not the handwriting skills.
Science? E finished yesterday with a B, without working much at all. M will be done at the end of the month.
M’s math will take us a bit longer. Which might be problematic if I wanted to send him to the coop. I’m thinking I should, but I don’t want to. But I’m thinking maybe being in someone else’s class for math would be good for him. I’ve done with him what I can do. We’ll see.
