Up till June, I’d have said they were a great company. But then they lost a check for three weeks. We sent a second. They cashed both but only credited one to my account. Then, when I called and asked about it, they said they would credit it. Then a week later, they called and asked if the check went through. It went through my account 18 days ago. I should think they can tell there was not a stop payment on it.
When I called back, I was upset. But the woman called me a liar and yelled at me.
We’d calmed down by the end, but I am not happy with that company.
