18 pounds. 8.5 inches.

This took me twelve weeks minus 2 days. A total of 82 days. Maybe I need to go on BFL again. Maybe starting from a better point will help me get to where I want to be.

I will say eating on this diet has been easier than on any other. Maybe I just need to add in exercises.
