8 oz cheddar cheese (shredded)
8+ oz whole kernel corn, drained
8+ oz pinto beans, 1/2 drained
8+ oz black beans, drained
8+ oz garbanzo beans, drained
1/2 c green onion tops, sliced
1 TBSP chili powder
1/4 tsp ground cumin
To the top add batter from 1 pkg Jiffy cornbread mix.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown.
Serves 6.
