Pappa Wayne’s Cheese Dip Recipe

Pappa Wayne likes high scofield numbers. There is a revised version following it that people who are not from India or still have their taste buds can use.

The Volcanic Version:
2 lb box Velveeta cheese
1 med red (purple) onion, chopped
8 oz Pace picante sauce, hot
1 can (10-12 oz) RoTel chopped tomatoes and peppers, extra hot
1 can (4.5 oz) green chili peppers, chopped
1/4- 1/2 chopped jalapenos.

Combine all ingredients and cook in crock pot or microwave, stirring occasionally.
Note: Microwave tends to burn cheese.

Note: Overcooking it makes the Velveeta cheese separate, so cook it long enough to melt it and then put it on low heat.

The normal tongue version:
2 lb box Velveeta cheese
1 medium red (purple) onion, chopped
8 oz Pace picante sauce, mild or medium
1 can (10-12 oz) Rol-Tel tomatoes and peppers, mild or original
1 can (4.5 oz) green chili peppers, chopped

Combine all ingredients and cook in crock pot or microwave. See both Notes above.
