2 sticks butter, softened
2 c sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c cocoa or 1/2 c Nestle Quik
1 + 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 c nuts
1 + 1/2 c flour

Mix.
Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
