Keeping the weight off

I don't know if it's true, but this CNN article says that while low carb and high protein helps you lose weight, people who ate 55% or more of their calories in carbohydrates were more successful at keeping the weight off.

Maybe because carbs are bulky and make you feel full. I don't know. Interesting thing to think about for maintenance.

  1. Oh im hit. Sometimes I dont go to class for the reason of just being too lousy, waking up late (im a deep sleeper) or i prefer reading my own than listening to the teacher. anways, i still would say that it is necesary to come to class. i usually would do this habit in the first set of sessions, then break off when classes are about to end.
