Since 2/14 I have been at 167 in weight. I’ll occasionally drink too much soda pop and go up to 169 and, much more rarely, lay off the salt and drop to 165, but for the last three months I’ve held steady at 167.

That’s good. My body tends to like plateaus and I am hoping that this holding at this weight means that my body is ready to drop.

We started the Quick Weight Loss Center diet on Monday and since then I’ve lost two pounds. I’m at 165.4 today. Two days, two pounds. That’s amazing. It won’t stay that good, but it’s great for now.

If I lost 30 pounds in 100 days, what I did last time, I would be at the weight I was when I left for college. That is less than I really was planning on, but, you know, it might be a good thing.

What I usually dream of as my perfect weight is 145. We’ll see if I can make it.
